This is a song about a guy that's given up trying to find love, because nobody's shown interest in him. But that is stupid, and when the bridge rolls in he realizes what he needs to do and say.
It's both depressing and optimistic at the same time and it's also kinda dancey. That might as well be the theme of the album.
